Monochromatic Environments was originally released in 2007 as a collection of unused demos by Biathalon. This version contains three additional bonus tracks, one of them featuring a collaboration between Aaron Shepherd and Biathalon. Tracks 1-5 were recorded in 2006. Tracks 6-8 recording dates unknown. All tracks recorded at home in Portland, Oregon. Thank you for listening.

All tracks written, recorded and performed by Eric Adrian Lee except Sky Drone, written by Aaron Shepherd (Piano) and Eric Adrian Lee (Electronics). "Ghana" was originally recorded for the soundtrack to "The Living Laboratory", a documentary film by Eric Dexter. "Polar Aurora" contains samples from Clara Rockmore, Vincent Gallo and Art Blakey.
